This model is equipped with a high-definition, 2.36-million-dot electronic viewfinder (EVF) that displays the same view as is displayed on the rear monitor. The field of view is 100%, meaning that the composition you view in the EVF is exactly the same as the composition of the resulting photo.
Optical viewfinder
Electronic viewfinder: Automatically adjusts viewing brightness so there is no trouble viewing in darker scenes, as with optical viewfinders. Also, the results of the setting adjustments you make can be confirmed in the EVF prior to releasing the shutter.
